What is your idea about?
Introduce TYPO3 to web dev communities from coutries where TYPO3 is not yet present, assist the developers in their first steps with TYPO3 until they become autonomous integrators and introduce them into the TYPO3 community. The program of 2021 will be a continuation of the pilot currently happening with 6 mentees ( https://typo3.org/community/contribute/mentorship )
What is the potential impact of your idea?
Expand the TYPO3 community in new countries, promote TYPO3 to new markets, develop new relationships that can turn into collaboration and new business for TYPO3 and TYPO3 agencies

The TYPO3 Community Expansion Committee through the dedicated program committee
