Typo 13.4.0 doesn't show up radio buttons / buttons/ checkboxes

I was in the process of manual installation of Typo 13.4.0 on AlmaLinux release 8.10 with PHP 8.2.24, MYSQL 8.0.40, Apache 2.4.54.

However post a successful installation, I cannot see the following radio buttons i.e : ‘Create empty starting page’, ‘Do nothing, take me straight to the backend’, also the following checkbox i.e ‘Create default backend user groups’ and button
‘Open the Typo3 backend’ , i.e they don’t seem to be visible , as shown in the following screenshot :

I have followed composer + GUI install process from the official documentation :

What could be causing the issue ? .

Could you please replicate this at your end ?.

I am using Mozilla Firefox 115.16.1esr (64-bit).

Can you please try upgrading to Firefox ESR 128?
ESR 115 pretty dated and not supported by v13 anymore.
