[SOLVED] Creating site package

I am following the typo3 documentation (for v12) and I am at the Minimal Exemple Section
I did everything written in the following tutorials, but I am stuck here.

In the “Fluid Section” there is this written

Create a file named Minimal.html in a typo3conf/ext/site_package/Resources/Private/Templates folder.

There is no site_package folders anywhere for me

Then there is this

The site package extension has to be installed and requires a minimal composer configuration (if composer is used) for this to work

Now I can’t follow these instructions because I do not have the right direction and file structure.
I don’t know where I went wrong following the documentation and I am at a loss on how to proceed.

I will respond as quickly as possible to give more information as I do not know what I am doing.
