Install typo3 Version: 13.2.1 ---- (1/1) Error Interface TYPO3\CMS\Core\View\View Interface not found

Hi，

I am a freshman to typo3.

when I input www.example.com/typo3/install.php， it showed
(1/1) Error Interface TYPO3\CMS\Core\View\View Interface not found.

find something about this，but still don’t know how to solve this problem.

and it cost me 11 hours to upload the cms code by ftp，too long time.
