Hello! The problem is not specific, as it appeared after updating this package https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/bootstrap_package and now the site became so unattractive and very badly works now in the mobile version.

What has happened is probably that the customizations made for your site are incompatible with the new version of the Bootstrap Package extension. That means your customizations must also be updated. That is site-specific, and neither TYPO3 nor the author of the Bootstrap Extension will be able to do that.
