wenn ich versuche unsere Webseite http://mhs-energy.de/ aufzurufen, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung “#1294586098: Die Sperrdatei konnte nicht erstellt werden”. Ich kann mich auch nicht über http://mhs-energy.de/typo3 ins Backend einloggen.
Was verursacht diesen Fehler und wie können wir diesen beheben?
Maybe your webspace/diskspace is full? Can you check with your hosting provider?
As Garvin wrote, most probably your disc space is full.
The most likely cause is that the TYPO3 log files have become too large.
Search your TYPO3 directory for var/log/ or typo3temp/var/log/. There you will find files such as typo3_<HASH>.log or typo3_deprecations_<HASH>.log.

By the way: looking at the error message your TYPO3 version is outdated since at least 10 years. This immediately puts your website at risk of being compromised! You should definitely consider an upgrade or a relaunch!
