Creation of advanced carrousel but not with images

Hi

i do know a little of Typo3, we have the version 12.4.37 at the university.
I am interested to create a similar carousel not with images but with text, as seen at the page below:

TYPO3 All-in-One Slider Extension (ns_all_sliders)

under the paragraph Other extensions by this user (53)

Does it need a specific extension?
Any information is welcome.

First of all, welcome to the forums and thanks for your question!

The extension you linked is probably only made for images, at least the backend screenshots on the documentation/project website do give that assumption.

Looking for “slider” on https://extensions.typo3.org I found the following one that specifically mentions content elements in its description as well, however I can give no warranty on it actually working or the quality of it:

Slick Slider for TYPO3 (slick)

This section just shows other extensions published by the same author, these are not requirements to be installed as well.
