Łukasz Uznański shares the journey behind the technical achievement to implement a working proof-of-concept for TYPO3 running entirely in the browser — no installation, no Docker, no hosting setup required.
For me when I click the backend login button I only get “Please activate Cookies!” and a destroyed page without CSS or JavaScript. On Windows and Chrome.
Hi @linawolf, could you please specify Windows and Chrome version? I verified that on Windows 11 and latest Chrome and on Windows 10 and latest chrome, both work correctly in incognito mode.
I have the same problem: when I click on the “Log into TYPO3” button on the startpage, the TYPO3 backend login page is broken like Lina described. (macOS, latest Chrome)
When I open the login page by using the “fake” address bar, the login page works fine.
Nevertheless, I can’t find a hint about the login credentials, neither in the news article on typo3.org nor within the demo installation.
@pkraume you can use admin/password, I will update that.
Can’t reproduce issue that you are experiencing, digging into that.
First thing I will check:
Go to devtools
Go to Application → Storage
Click on Clear site data
Refresh
Edit:
I checked on Windows 11, Windows 10, MacOS, IOS, Ubuntu, Android and can’t reproduce that. Could you provide screen recording after you do those steps mentioned above? Please also open dev tools console during recording.
Also please verify if none of your browser extensions alter behavior of playground.
I added credentials in place there you can access TYPO3 Admin (menu on the left side)
