What needs to be done is to create a test setup that can run on Bamboo (TYPO3’s CI of choice).
For BE tests an installation with a couple of pages and content should be enough to allow a good coverage of accessibility aspects.
For FE tests a small site has to be created as a fixture. As TYPO3 doesn’t come with a lot of FE JavaScript it will boil down to all content elements in all possible variations.
