What is your idea about?
Often beginners are discouraged by the complexity of TYPO3 and if they do not find proper support in their company they might abandon using our CMS. Pairing a beginner with an experienced TYPO3 community member could offer the needed support on long run, until the rookie is confident enough to interact with the rest of the TYPO3 community and ask questions on the slack channels.

Reduce the risk of abandon and speed up the learning process of beginners
