Provide and organize a bootcamp platform at the University Campus for international and national students during one week on on boarding new TYPO3 editor, integrators and possible developers. Experts of the TYPO3 community shall be invited to host courses in order to share TYPO3 expert knowledge and TYPO3 insights.

I really like the idea! Do know there is already an initiative working on Accesibility enhancements to the CKeditor. A so-called accessbility checker: https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/a11ychecker

The default implementation uses Quail as its accessibility tests library… but you can integrate any other similar library to achieve comparable results.
