Hi. I’m the Budget Owner for the 2018 budget addressing this topic - “Online Certification Platform”. The main goal of the Online Certification platform is exactly your described budget idea here.
We have done good process on this topic and will be launching the Online certification platform with the first of our four certifications in January 2019 and will then set up fast all other certifications.
From my point of view there is no need for this budget in 2019, but of course you’re invited to join the Education Committee for further improvement.
